Coffee Shop Success is barista training born behind a real espresso bar — built by an owner, for owners.
Fifteen years ago Jamie fell in love with hospitality — specifically coffee shops. Since then he's founded 4 cafes and 2 roasting companies, earned certification at the highest levels of the Barista Guild of America and the SCA, and dedicated himself to helping others succeed in the coffee business.
He's also made every mistake in the book — including closing a shop and rebuilding from scratch. That experience is the foundation of everything we teach: training that protects your margins, your consistency, and your time.

The Espresso Bar Training System is built on adult-learning science: information and practice combined, production first, verification exams, and official barista certification. On demand, on your equipment, on your schedule — 24 training hours or less.
